Shipping

Shipping methods, rates, destinations, and estimated delivery windows are configured in our Shopify store and are shown to you at checkout before you pay. Those figures are authoritative — this page does not promise a delivery speed or price that could conflict with them.

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Shopify sends your order confirmation and, once the order ships, any tracking information available for the method you chose. Limited or made-to-order Homecoming items may take longer to produce; when that applies it is noted on the product page.

The Epsilon 2026 Homecoming Jacket and Quarter Zip are pre-order items. They are available for shipment and pickup starting Wednesday, October 14. If you are coming to Homecoming, choose the pickup option at checkout. All other items ship directly to you.

For anything about a specific order — address changes, delays, or missing packages — use the Shop / Order Questions category on the contact page and include your Shopify order number.
