Returns / Refunds

The return and refund policy that applies to your purchase is the one published in our Shopify store and shown during checkout and in your order confirmation. It governs return windows, condition requirements, exchanges, and who pays return shipping. Please read it before returning an item.

Custom, limited-run, or made-to-order Homecoming items may be final sale. When that is the case it is stated on the product page.

Approved refunds are issued by Shopify back to the original payment method. This website never holds your payment details and cannot issue a refund directly.

General Homecoming registration on this site is free. Individual ticketed events are sold by their hosts through the ticket links on the Events page, and each host sets its own refund terms.
