Privacy Policy

This site collects information only when you choose to submit it through one of three forms:

• Email signup — first name, last name, and email address, so we can send Homecoming updates and reminders.
• Event registration — name, email, and any optional details you provide (phone, chapter affiliation, graduation year, guest name, shirt size, notes) plus your consent selections.
• Contact form — name, email, category, subject, and message.

We do not run advertising trackers, and the site does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Your browser stores your shopping bag locally on your own device so it survives a page refresh; that information is not sent to us.

Submissions are written by server-side code into a private database. Registration, subscriber, and contact records are not publicly readable: database access rules block anonymous reads entirely, and only authenticated chapter administrators can view them. Every submission is validated and sanitized on the server, and the forms are protected by rate limiting and automated spam filtering.

Merchandise is sold through Shopify. When you check out, you are handed off to Shopify's hosted checkout, and Shopify (with its payment processors) collects and processes your payment and shipping information under its own privacy policy. This website never receives, handles, or stores card numbers or other payment credentials.

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. Information is accessible to the Epsilon Chapter and Epsilon Alumni Collective volunteers who run Homecoming, and to the service providers that host this site, its database, and the Shopify store.

You can ask us to remove you from the email list or delete your registration or contact record at any time by writing to isaiahland1@gmail.com or using the contact form.
